  2. A connected printer if you plan to do the printing exercise
  3. Access to your email account
  4. Internet connected computer
  5. Computer speakers
  6. Long Distance calling or Skype – (you can use Skype’s monthly $3 plan)
  7. Questions about Microsoft Word 2003
  8. Suggested Item: A headset will allow you to work easier at your keyboard. Speakerphones will cause problems on conference calls.
